To a designer every project, big or small, is a unique site. There is no cookie cutter solution because each site is influenced by its owners, users, location, topography, climate, adjacent uses and local codes and ordinances. JDA staff respect each site's unique character and seeks to inventory all influences to develop plans that meet user's needs within context. We work with our clients to develop a set of goals (program), conduct site analysis, and develop site plans that meet our client's goals.
