Landscape Architecture - Planning

For 15 years our staff have worked with private homeowners to provide custom residential landscape designs. We have worked with clients on projects as small as 3,000 sf to 2.5-5 acres. Regardless of the size of the project JDA approaches each one with care and attention to the customers specific goals and needs.

Our design process begins with a client interview and walk-through of the project site. During the interview we ask the questions that help to identify the project goals and how the clients envision using the space both now and into the future. With our roadmap in place we proceed to develop design alternatives for our clients, review and refine the alternatives until a final design is reached. From that point JDA East then pivots to construction documentation producing a set of plans clearly showing and detailing the plan elements.

JDA East can further support our clients by providing bidding assistance, construction observation and/or construction inspection services to review the contractor's work and ensure the project is built according to plan.
