Landscape Architecture - Planning

Working with Private Developers or with City/County Government JDA have lead the planning and production of landscape plans for hundreds of acres of Parks and Bike Trails. From Pocket Parks, Neighborhood Parks and Community Parks to Regional Sports Facilities, JDA has done it all.

Typically, JDA leads the project design from conceptual plan through construction documentation coordinating with Architects and Engineers as necessary.

Once landscape architecture construction documentation is complete, JDA East supports our clients through bidding and provide construction observation and/or construction inspection services to ensure the project is built according to plan.
