Landscape Architecture - Planning

Our staff have worked with business owners and commercial developers providing landscape architecture for individual freestanding buildings to complete office complexes. Our plans have incorporated the simple (foundation and parking lot plantings) to the complex (entry signage, fountains, plazas, outdoor dining, landscape lighting).

Regardless of the size of the project JDA approaches each one with a professional understanding of project budgets, timelines and long-term maintenance.

Once landscape architectural plans are complete, JDA East can further support our clients; providing bidding assistance, construction observation and/or construction inspection services to review the contractor's work and ensure the project is built according to plan.
